Orders received before 3 pm EST will be shipped that same day. Those received after 3 am EST will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination, items you've selected and all applicable duties and taxes. You will be able to see your shipping costs in the checkout process, prior to submitting your order.
Free domestic shipping is offered to orders above $50 within the U.S. Free Shipping is not available for shipment to Alaska or Hawaii. Free Shipping Offers are subject to change.
Easthills Outdoors is not responsible for the shipping costs, taxes or duties for any packages returned by the local carrier or for lost or mis-delivered packages due to an invalid shipping address being provided at checkout.
After your order has been processed and picked up at our distribution center, it should arrive wiithin 2-4 days. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time.

Once your warranty claim is approved or you want to make a return within 30 days of delivery, follow these steps to return your product:
- Pack the item securely and include the original product packaging and tags if available.(you can reuse the bag or box your order came in.)
- Include proof of purchase (invoice, receipt) plus your name, address, email, phone number and account name (if applicable) and a brief description of why you're returning the item.
- Attach the return shipping label and send the item to the address we provided. Please note: The return label is not prepaid. You are resonsible for return shipping costs.
- Use a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. We're not responsible for item lost or damaged in transit.
We do our best to process returns within 7 business days once they are received back at our facility. Keep in mind that we get backlogged during peak seasons and sales, so it may take longer during those times.
