We take personal pride in our products, and are committed to make every of our customers satisfied. But we also understand that not every purchase works out, so you can always contact us and make a return within 30 days of delivery. No questions asked.

One-Year Warranty

Easthills products also have a 1 year warranty on original, unaltered and unrepaired material and workmanship. If your product doesn’t not perform as promised within 1 year of the purchase date, we will replace, refund or repair the item free of charge.

Please note that this warranty does not cover commercial use, deliberate misuse, improper maintenance, negligence, normal wear and tear or the natural breakdown of colors and materials or other unusual use of damaged otherwise caused by the customer. For a product that is no longer in production or in stock, and cannot be repaired, a replacement with a comparable Easthills product or a full refund will be offered instead. Easthills takes no responsibility for third party components, nor for any consequential, coincidental or incidental damages.

We evaluate warranty claims on a case-by-case basis with the goal of providing you with best service we have. But when it comes to applying our warranty, Easthills Outdoors reserves the right to use discretion.


Warranty Claims

Please contact customerservice@easthillsintl.com to make a warranty claim. Make sure you include:

  • clear images of the product.
  • order ID number from where you purchased.
  • a short description of how the product failed to perform.
