After your order has been processed and picked up at our distribution center, it should arrive wiithin 2-4 days. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time.

Once your warranty claim is approved or you want to make a return within 30 days of delivery, follow these steps to return your product:

  • Pack the item securely and include the original product packaging and tags if available.(you can reuse the bag or box your order came in.)
  • Include proof of purchase (invoice, receipt) plus your name, address, email, phone number and account name (if applicable) and a brief description of why you're returning the item.
  • Attach the return shipping label and send the item to the address we provided. Please note: The return label is not prepaid. You are resonsible for return shipping costs.
  • Use a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. We're not responsible for item lost or damaged in transit.
We do our best to process returns and exchanges within 5 business days after they are received at our facility. Please keep in mind that we may be backlogged after peak seasons and sales, so it may take longer to process your return during those times.
