Instant Shader Enhanced XL Beach Tent

It had just enough space for 3 of us, plus a couple coolers and handbags. Great coverage from the sun. Plenty of ventilation, or you can close up the windows for privacy which is another added bonus.

Our kids mostly wanted to stay in the water anyway, but this was snug for two average sized adults. We got our dog in there and it was super tight. Don't expect it to hold 4 people. Otherwise, decent sun protection. Made our beach time much more pleasant.

Great item! One person can take it up and collapse it without any problems. Size is great to sit in or even nap in. I bought a rechargeable fan to make it all that much better.

Also - when I received the item the sleeve that the tent is stored in was ripped. I emailed Easthills customer service and requested a replacement. They were amazing to deal with and super quick to get a new sleeve out to me for free.

Love this tent! Really easy to set up and take down! A couple minutes to set up. Take down is just as quick, folding it and getting it back in the bag can be a bit of a challenge, but still very easy. Great purchase!

The tent’s first beach trip performed well. It kept us out of the sun and strong winds. We filled 3 two gallon ziplock bags with sand and placed them in the sand holders and also utilized the tent pegs. It didn’t budge. It is much easier for 2 people to set it up especially in the wind. Very happy with the purchase.

I bought this tent for a family trip to the beach. I used it for 5 days. I was able to set it up and take it down in around 3-5 minutes. It’s extremely easy after you do it a couple times. The beach had around 15-20 mph winds and the stakes and sandbags were plenty strong. My family with 3 small kids could fit in it for relief from the sun.

I took off one star because the carrying back strap ripped my first day using it. I had it over my shoulder and it snapped. It looked like a bad stitching job. It mad it much harder to carry the tent back and forth to the beach without the strap.

I would recommend bringing a tiny hand broom to sweep the sand out of the tent.

I would anticipate this tent lasting for many beach trips.

Extremely easy to assemble. Literally pops up with little effort. The beauty of it was when we disassembled it to put back in the convenient carry bag. I was quick easy and fit easily back in.

This has been a great beach tent.
Use it all the time. Easy to set up and take down.
Instructions could be better.
If your not mechanically inclined the main tip I could give is this... The legs will NOT fold up unless you pull them. When unfolding (setting up) the knuckles lock into the extended position. During take down if you try to just fold them up without unlocking them you will for sure break the legs. To unlock them you just pull the leg just a bit. As if your trying to make it longer. Only then will they fold.
I can imagine this is frustrating for people who don't understand how it works. Nothing in the instructions about this very important step.
