We take personal pride in our products and are committed to making every one of our customers satisfied. But we also understand that not every purchase works out, so you can always contact us and make a return within 30 days of delivery.
- Returns must include all accessories
- Items must include original packaging
- For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs
- For non-quality related warranty claims, Easthills refunds the cost of the product itself
- Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements
Refund requests for the 30-day money-back guarantee expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired this 30-day.
Easthills products also have a 1-year warranty on original, unaltered, and unrepaired material and workmanship. If your product doesn’t perform as promised within 1 year of the purchase date, we will replace, refund, or repair the item free of charge.
Not Covered Under Warranty:
- Products without sufficient proof of purchase
- Lost or stolen products
- Items that have expired their warranty period
- Non-quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase)
- Free products
- Repairs through 3rd parties
- Damage from outside sources
- Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, operating product improperly)
- Purchases from unauthorized resellers
We evaluate warranty claims on a case-by-case basis with the goal of providing you with the best service we have. But when it comes to applying our warranty, Easthills Outdoors reserves the right to use discretion.

- clear images of the product.
- order ID number from where you purchased.
- a short description of how the product failed to perform.
