Instant Shader Deluxe XL Beach Tent

We've expanded our family and as a family of five, wanted a big tent we could take to the beach. This is HUGE! It will easily fit all five of us, including baby! I love that it has a zipper and can be zipped up for privacy. It is a bit heavier than other tent we owned. However, considering the size and height, to be expected. I followed what other reviewers suggested and took note of how to fold with the foldable zipper front section.

We purchased this tent in 2023 to use on our vacations to Florida on the beach. It worked well for a while but then this year after a total of six to eight uses the locking mechanism broke and one of the struts broke off the rivet. I know how to set this up because I've done it numerous times so it was nothing I did wrong. You simply pull the strings and the tent comes up after you have all the legs straightened out and so forth. But while pulling the strings this time a strut popped out of the round part that locks into the top. I have attempted three times to contact your customer service through your website, email, and Facebook Messenger. This was back in mid-March so you've had ample time to reply. I'm hoping that by writing this honest review that will prompt someone to reach out to me and stand behind your product. So far it appears as if you really don't care about your customer. This tent worked well when it worked but something like this should last more than 6-8 uses whether or not it's been a year or more. We're not a vacation it sits in the bag on a shelf in my garage. Disappointing to say the least.

I highly recommend this product. My friend is extremely sensitive to the sun and we took it to North Carolina's beaches. It worked very well and protected her! Easy assembly.

I like that it’s easy to assemble I had A little trouble closing it up but other than that it was great

Screens provide good air flow. At least two people can sit up in normal size folding beach chairs. Room for maybe two small children additional sitting on ground . The dog really appreciated the shade available. I liked that the “flooring �?extended out to cover sand before entering tent.
Held up very well in the ocean breezes with the sandbags and stakes provided.
A bit difficult for one person to set up if you are not tall. Works best with two people. Overall, it was quite easy to set up. Like how lightweight it was to carry and the compact size it folded up to-yet. Sturdy.

Tried to use this this summer since covid had called down. Never opened it. Piece broke after filling and bags and went to push the pieces together to tie and one pole broke. Never got to use it, and return window is closed

Love it! Comes in handy no matter where we go, easy to set up and take down. Would definitely recomend!

Very lightweight product, easy to setup and take down, built well since it was able to stand the Handling of kids playing around in it.

Nice colors and windows allows air flow and or protection from sun rays and heat.

I still like the tent and keep it for Spring and Fall, but this is not for hot Summer! I picked up beautiful beige color. The material very is thin (looks strong enough and no problem), so it cannot be sun shade. I put towel over the tent.

Pro: Huge for 2 adults with big beach chairs and many tuffs, it is really roomy! Easy to open and fold, light weigh.

I love this beach tent! I’m not a super huge beach fan, but this is a game changer. It’s easy to set up, easy to take down, and we added a little loft inside for extra comfort!
